Born in Maryland and landed in the mountains of central Pa. in early 2003. Started chasing fish with a fly rod in the warm waters of Md. Once in Pa. wild trout and the limestone streams they lived in became my obsession. I've been tying for 30 + years now.  Nymphing is my favorite method to net fish. A few years ago I started looking for a dubbing with just the right amount of flash in it but not too much, not finding it commercially available I began creating my own and Electricwool came to be and was launched at the 2017 Flytying Symposium.

Growing up in western Pa. I had the opportunity to experience some of the finest fishing in the state. It was 45 years ago I picked up a fly rod and have been feeding my addiction ever since. The last 24 years, I've dedicated solely to wet flyfishing and this decision has opened many opportunities in the sport for me. Maintaining a journal of my trips, developing my own patterns and crafting/dyeing materials led to custom colored partridge and a host of other birds that I've found very effective in my fishing.
